Master's degree holder, Đỗ Ngọc Anh, is a clinical psychologist who graduated from Erasmus University in the Netherlands. She is currently a counseling expert at International Mental Care in the Netherlands and a research assistant at Erasmus University. Đỗ Ngọc Anh specializes in therapy and counseling in both Vietnamese and English, using approaches such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT to treat issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD, PTSD, and identity crises, particularly with adolescents and adults. Previously, she gained experience working at the Vietnam-French Psychological Institute and Tranquil in Ho Chi Minh City.
