Nguyen Bao An, MSc is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience in mental health care, specializing in supporting adolescents and adults. He integrates mindfulness-based therapies, therapeutic yoga, and positive psychology to not only address psychological challenges but also help clients build balanced lifestyles that promote both wellbeing (life satisfaction) and wellness (proactive health maintenance).
