I graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas State University, USA, in 2017. I have been practicing counseling psychology in Saigon for about 4 years. I primarily counsel individuals (mainly clients aged 16 to 40), occasionally working with couples or families. The issues I frequently counsel on include relationships (couples or family), work (career orientation/changes, work pressure), anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. My counseling approach is primarily Person-Centered, combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, focusing on building a therapeutic relationship. This foundation supports clients in becoming aware of their present experiences, accepting existing difficulties, and moving towards effective and meaningful actions/changes.
