Dr. Trần Quang Trung is a distinguished Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist renowned for his expertise in digestive and liver diseases. He has presented at numerous regional conferences, earning accolades for his outstanding research, including the International Colorectal Disease Conference in Seoul, South Korea (2016) and the World Endoscopy Conference on Early Gastrointestinal Cancer (2017). Dr. Trung pioneered the application of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) techniques in Vietnam, a contribution recognized with the Scholar Award from the United European Gastroenterology (2019). Beyond his clinical practice, he serves as a lecturer at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and has undertaken advanced training in Japan (2013, 2015). Currently, Dr. Trung is pursuing his doctoral thesis at the University of Greifswald in Germany, supported by a full scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
