As a clinical doctor in the Andrology Department at Binh Dan Hospital, Dr. Phuoc has over 10 years of experience in treating andrological conditions, performing surgeries, and providing medical consultation on gender and LGBT health. Dr. Phuoc graduated with a Bachelor's degree in General Medicine (2006), completed residency training (2009), and obtained a Master's degree in Urology (2014) from Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy. He received a full scholarship to study Gender Medicine at Oxford University in the UK (2011). Dr. Phuoc actively participates in social activities and community health education, currently serving as the Head of the Social Work Department at Binh Dan Hospital. He also contributes to various television programs (HTV) and radio broadcasts (FM 99.9, FM 95.6, and FM 365), sharing expertise on andrology and gender health.
