I graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas State University in 2017. Currently, I have been practicing psychological counseling in Ho Chi Minh City for approximately four years. I primarily provide individual counseling services, focusing on clients aged 16 to 40, and occasionally work with couples or families. The issues I commonly address include relationship concerns (couples or family), career matters (career orientation/transition, work-related stress), anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. My counseling approach is grounded in the Person-Centered Approach, combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I emphasize building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation, supporting clients in becoming aware of their present experiences, accepting existing challenges, and guiding them toward meaningful and effective actions.
