This service involves booking individual consultations. Fees are charged per session, with durations ranging from 10 to 60 minutes, depending on the specialty (10, 15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes/session).

Session fees vary by doctor and specialty and may include surcharges such as:

• Weekend surcharge: +20% on Sundays and +30% on holidays.
• Video call: +50% surcharge.
• English consultations: +50% surcharge.

Similar to teleconsultations, fees for psychological services are charged per session. Session durations are typically pre-set by the psychologist, usually 45–60 minutes/session.

Therapy fees may vary between psychologists and could include:

• Weekend surcharge: +20% on Sundays and +30% on holidays.
• English consultations: +50% surcharge.

Doctors or Wellcare may cancel appointments for valid reasons. In such cases, you will receive a coupon equivalent to the refunded amount, valid for another booking within six months. Common reasons include:

• Unforeseen circumstances on the doctor’s side.
• Cancellation due to incorrect specialty selection.
• Failure to provide or respond to requests for health information.
• Other reasons, particularly if Wellcare cannot meet your needs.

If you request to cancel an appointment, you will also receive a coupon equivalent to the refunded amount, valid for another booking within six months. The following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 4 hours before the appointment: 20% cancellation fee.
• Less than 4 hours before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show: 70% cancellation fee.

Fees for submitting questions to doctors or specialists are fixed and include:

• Basic fee: Responses via text, including references, charged per question submission.
• Expert review surcharge: For personalized opinions from a specialist.

• Members: Unlimited access to HealthGPT.
• Non-members: Free HealthGPT access for 7 days.

You can also forward HealthGPT responses to doctors or specialists for review and opinions, subject to a 50,000₫ surcharge per reviewed response (up to 2,000 characters per response).

Fees

For 250,000₫/year, become a Wellcare member and gain access to exclusive features, including:

• HealthGPT: Unlimited usage.
• EduHub: A collection of audio and video health Q&As with doctors.
• Personal Doctor Add-on:
  • 2,280,000₫/year for 120 minutes/year on weekdays, plus a 500,000₫ surcharge for consultations on Sundays and holidays.
  • Optional: Upgrade to select a specialist doctor for an additional 500,000₫/year.

Personal Doctor Package Benefit

Upgrade your membership to include a personal doctor for 365 days/year. Key benefits:

• Fees are charged based on actual consultation time, deducted from your total minutes allowance.
• Multiple connection methods: messaging, phone, or video calls.
• Time includes both messages sent by you and replies from the doctor.

Unused minutes can be topped up when the limit is reached before the year ends.

Your Wellcare balance is not a "wallet" and cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash. Any remaining balance from payments exceeding service costs will be converted into a coupon for future use, valid for 180 days.
